Virtual Mindful Meditation

This class practices mindful meditation for total well-being. We all can use stress reduction in our lives. Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Gus Castellanos is certified in Neurology and Sleep Medicine (now retired). He will guide you in mindfulness practice that involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
