The Mind, Music, and Movement Foundation for Neurological Disorders, Inc. (M3F) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with neurodegenerative diseases and their caregivers. M3F delivers integrative programs that combine music, dance, movement, boxing, yoga, and peer support to address the physical, emotional, and social challenges of neurological conditions.
 

Through therapeutic classes and dedicated support groups for both participants and care partners, M3F builds community, promotes resilience, and enhances overall well-being.

M3F serves individuals living with a neurodegenerative disease, including Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, dementia, stroke, and related conditions, as well as caregivers, families, and community members seeking proactive approaches to brain health and wellness.
