Service Description

Having support is essential to living with a neurodegenerative disease. Support groups help people learn from others’ experiences. You can gain valuable knowledge and advice about this topic, while creating meaningful connections with others on the same journey. Join us in this live in-person support group every other Wednesday led by Steve Elgort.
