A brief, restorative session designed to help caregivers pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves while navigating the demands of daily care. Available once a month. Free to caregivers and open to the public. Location: Tropical Sands Christian Church, 2726 Burns Rd., Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410.
