This 2 hour workshop will teach mindfulness techniques to help with stress, anxiety, sleep, cognitive skills, and caregiving. Gus is a retired Neurologist and Sleep Specialist and a certified mindfulness based stress reduction teacher that has been teaching for over a decade!
