Aylin Ryan

Fitness Coordinator & Zumba Instructor

Aylin enjoyed dancing as a little girl and studied belly dancing during her college years. After trying her first Zumba class about 5 years ago, she fell in love with the format. She then became Zumba and Zumba Gold certified and have been teaching both for over four years. Soon after she started teaching, she obtained her AFAA Group Fitness certification and began teaching Aqua fitness at LA Fitness. Due to the large senior population in Palm Beach County, she felt that being Silver Sneakers, Zumba toning, and Aqua Zumba certified would enable me to be a better serve the community and it did. From there, she attained an APDA Fitness certificate to teach classes for those with Parkinson’s disease at the Mandel JCC. Most recently, she has become Barre and chair yoga certified to continue her passion for dance, strength resistance, and stretch. She is also CPR/AED certified. Her goal as an instructor is to always create a fun atmosphere while exercising so that one enjoys their hard work and will look forward to their next work out!
