Lilia Drew

Movement & Fitness Instructor

Lilia is a petite powerhouse! She is a certified Corrective Exercise trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania, and certifications from the Parkinson’s Regeneration Training, Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Golf, and Rehabilitation Science from American Council of Exercise.

Lilia’s strongest attribute is her ability to create specific, fun exercises for every client or group she works with. “Exercise is beneficial for all persons and conditions, the key is finding the RIGHT exercise for the individual.” Her professionalism speaks for itself; her heart, kindness, warmth and motivation will keep you moving even when you think you can’t.

Lilia is a triathlete and marathon runner. She lives in Abacoa with her awesome husband and 60 pairs of sneakers.
