About the Event
Learn about our wellness and music programs at our new location -- great for people living with a neurodegenerative disease, people looking to improve their overall balance and movement, and caregivers (family and friends).
We have Rock Steady Boxing, Movement, Dance, Chorus, Meditation, Yoga, Art classes and Support Groups!
Light refreshments will be available. There will be short demonstrations by each of our instructors to highlight their area of expertise. We welcome your curiosity and questions! This is a free event, but you must RSVP to attend.
The health and well-being of our community is our number one priority. Until further notice, all attendees for our in-person classes and events must show proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72-hours prior to entering, OR in the alternative, present a COVID-19 vaccination card. In addition, everyone must wear a mask until seated no matter your vaccination status.
