About the Event
Mind, Music, and Movement Foundation is thrilled to announce its 6th annual symposium, “NeuroRhythms 2026: Educating and Inspiring Action in Parkinson’s and Brain Health” at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute on Florida Atlantic University’s Jupiter campus. This impactful evening will feature guest of honor, Michael S. Okun, MD, Director of the Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases, board-certified neurologist, movement disorders specialist, neuroscientist, Medical Advisor to the Parkinson’s Foundation, and New York Times bestselling author.
Okun will be joined by David Leventhal, Program Director and founding teacher of the Mark Morris Dance Group’s Dance for PD® program, and Brian Harris, Co-Founder and CSO of MedRhythms. Insights will be shared by Corinne Lasmézas, PhD, Director, David and Lynn Nicholson Center for Neurodegenerative Disease Research, Stiles-Nicholson Brain Institute. Together, these leaders will share fresh perspectives on Parkinson’s and other neurodegenerative diseases, along with practical strategies to support brain health and improve quality of life.
