About the Event
In collaboration with the Norton Museum of Art, the Mind, Music, Movement Foundation (M3F) presents a boxing fundamentals class, led by Stacey Lieberman, certified CanfitPro Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Stacey has over 26 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and is an esteemed member of the M3F team, providing specialized classes for people who live with a neurological disease and their families.
Space is limited; online registration required and opens one month in advance. Register on the Norton website.
