Stacey Lieberman is a certified CanfitPro Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She is a graduate of Dawson College and Concordia University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies.
With nearly 26 years of practical teaching and training experience, Stacey is a well-known figure in the health and wellness world in the United States, and her native Canada.
As the former Fitness Director of Club Sportif Cote-de-Liesse and longtime Group Fitness Coordinator at Centre Body Fitness in Montreal, Stacey spent years leading group and personal training programs.
Stacey has been featured in the media on Global TV, CHCH, CJAD 800 and the Montreal Gazette as a Fitness commentator.
Stacey’s approach to fitness unique and she enjoys helping her clients reach their personal health and fitness goals. This is achieved by crafting the right physically active lifestyle for clients, depending on age, strength and comfort level, keeping in mind enjoyment is also key to long-term success.
For the past several years, Stacey has been working with clients living with Parkinson's Disease through the 'Rock Steady Boxing' program.
