Dan Schaffer is an accomplished certified yoga Instructor. Teaching wellness and fitness is his passion. He is well-versed in asanas, meditation, human anatomy, and physiology. Helping people discover themselves and being a part of their journey inspires him every day.
Yoga, mindfulness, and fitness are daily routines. Therefore, he works with his students in all areas of their practice and provides a spiritual, safe and rewarding environment.
Dan has a son named Jacob, and they both enjoy staying physically active together.
