(Live in-person classs) Classes are 45 minutes in length. Great for beginners. They incorporate a dynamic warm up, cardiovascular, strength and balance training. Combining these modalities increase BDNF (Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor) and body awareness. We basically wake up the brain and muscles, resulting in improved mobility, balance and energy. Participating barefoot is recommended to increase sensory stimulation to the brain.
